Personal data processing terms
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Lexis Graphic Arts respects your privacy. Here we explain in plain language what data we collect through the website contact form, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
1Data controller
Georgios Georgoudis (Lexis Graphic Arts / Λέξις Γραφικές Τέχνες), Gymnasiou 22, 142 33 Nea Ionia, Attica, Greece
Phone: +30 697 225 7509 · Email: info@typolexis.gr
2What data we collect
Only what you enter in the form: your name, your email address, your phone number, the type of job you want printed, the quantity and the text of your message. We do not ask for sensitive data (for example health data or beliefs), so please do not include it in your message.
If you tick “I have a file ready”, we also receive the file you attach (PDF, AI, JPG, PNG, PSD or CDR, up to 5 MB). For security and spam prevention, the website and the Cloudflare Turnstile service also process technical data (such as your IP address and browser details).
3Purpose and legal basis
- To reply to your request and send you a quote: with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and to take steps you requested before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- We do not use your data for marketing messages and we do not sell it to anyone.
4Who receives the data
The details you send are received by the website’s server and forwarded to Lexis by email. The check that the form was filled in by a person is done with the Cloudflare Turnstile service (Cloudflare, Inc., as a processor), which is loaded only when you reach the form and does not use advertising cookies. Our email provider and the website hosting provider may have access to the extent needed to operate their services. If any of them is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
5How long we keep the data
For as long as needed to deal with your request and, if no work follows, for up to 12 months after our last contact. If we go on to work together, the data is kept for as long as our tax and accounting obligations require.
6Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out until then. To exercise any of these, email info@typolexis.gr; we will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe your rights are being infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).
7Cookies and local storage
The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. For visit statistics we use the Umami Cloud service, which uses no cookies, does not follow you across other websites and does not collect personal data: it records only anonymous usage data (such as which pages were viewed, country and device type). The website stores only your language and sound preferences on your device so it can remember them, and sends them nowhere. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address is visible to Google when the page loads.
8Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date of the last update.
